Jefe Zonal Metropolitano Sucursales – Oportunidad para personas con discapacidad

At Banco BICE we are looking for a Metropolitan Area Chief for the Operations Division, so we invite Execution / Administration Technicians or Engineers. The selected person will be responsible for 14 branches of the Metropolitan Region.

Main Responsibilities

• Standardization of processes
• Identify risks not considered and establish improvements.
• Keep control of all the processes and operations of the different branches.
• Coordinate periodic meetings with the Heads of Branches, to review problems and search for solutions, as well as detect training needs of the different teams.

Profile Requirements

• Experience as Zonal Head of Bank Branches.
• 15-20 years of experience in Banking and 3 years of experience in the position, to apply for the vacancy
