Main Responsibilities
- Achieve execution excellence at points of sale.
- Lower alignment of the direct team, accompanying them on field trips, visiting different clients, managers, merchants, among others.
- Empower sales team through leadership to take risks.
- Take charge of business knowledge
Profile Requirements
- Graduated from Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial, related career.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as Supervisor and / or Sales Manager in the field.
- Experience in mass consumption companies, ideally in cold categories.
- Own car.
- Computational domain, technical level.
