Copec SA is looking for a person to join its Contact Center area, with the aim of solving and managing customer, dealer and user requirements directly, by phone or by email.

To do this, you must use the management tools available and the information registered in the computer support systems, complying with the standards defined in quantity, quality and deadlines and, in addition, verifying compliance with current regulations.

Technical Title in Service Areas, Customer Service, Technology or Commercial Aspects

10 years of professional experience in customer care / service

Knowledge of CRM systems, Customer Service, Information Technology
