Nestlé is currently looking for a Category Category Customer Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- This role is deeply involved in the activation of Category Roadmaps and uses them in the development and activation of customer-specific Category Business Plans (with a category first focus) to achieve 4P objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong connection with CCSD to partner and provide category and buyer insights to drive category results.
- Develop and negotiate the strategy of the category within the account, based on the established PCI.
- Management, control and adjustment of relevant KPI gaps: Sales, PTE, TTS, COGS and CCS of the account.
- Daily monitoring of the category strategy (promotions, product inclusion, prices, facing, product availability, etc.).
Profile Requirements
- Commercial engineer degree, with experience in Marketing.
- More than 2 years of experience in relation to the position.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Commercial experience as Category, KAM, Sales Manager, among others.
- Experience in commercial management.
